Thanks but not quite the same box. mag 420 is different from the tvip.

When inserting the geniptv portal on mag 420 Ministra version 5.4.1 there is a pop up message "access to the webpage you were trying to visit has been blocked due to a report of copyright infringement. Contact your IPTV service provider"
Anyone has any ideas? Is there a new portal for mag boxes? (Tried on the mag 420)

Your box is blocked by the manufacturer Infomir, they are blocking IPTV. I am not sure about the solution for your modell but maybe @Rob Arnold can assist here?

Unfortunately this version MAG does not have any alternative image available.
It might work to enter recovery mode and change NAND -- Make sure auto-update is turned off before you do this and again when completed.
If this is a new one (straight from factory) it will probably be unsuccessful though.

hello I just buy a 420 linux 4k mag to test and configure the genip portal but message blocking inform and I do not install update. would it be possible to create the special genip image custome for model 420 to be able to install genip for the clients.

But 420 is running ministra which is not even working with Gen!
Maybe you are able to download other IPTV Apps on the device to use!

Then I have no other idea... you just have to take a device that works well wth gen. It is not 420 at this moment for sure!

I do not understand why we have not yet made a personalized genip image for the mag 420 as for other devices? While now everyone is buying the 420 and soon must have released the 424w1 too. people buy new device we can not tell customers that genip does not work we lose customers. can you make a personalized image genip as soon as possible?

It has nothing to do with the image on the box - It uses a completely different system Ministra, rather than Stalker - In common with almost all other IPTV providers it is not supported by Gen.
The fact that Ministra is not supported has been discussed many times in the forum so it is no secret.
From discussions I have had previously and again this week there are currently no plans for support for Ministra.
You can use SIPTV on these or their own player but neither of these is a good solution

really not practical solution for customers. as a seller I have to go to all the customers to update the list.
there is not a flash image like the other model easier
